When are orders processed? Orders placed before 3pm EST are shipped same business day. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail or mail.
For Domestic shipping our policy is as follows: Standard shipping is $6.00 and can take between 4-10 business days. Overnight Shipping is $35.00
Refused or undeliverable packages
If a package is refused or undeliverable, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to Messes Of Dresses. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Return shipping costs vary by shipping method used in the order. If you would like to cancel an order that has been undeliverable or refused, there is a 15% restocking fee.
Lost Shipments: If you have not received your package, or your shipment shows delivered and you still have not received it, we must be notified within the first 10 days of tracking number delivery date. If we are not notified within the first 10 days we will not be able to open an investigation and we shall assume package was delivered.

Yes, we do ship internationally. You can calculate how much shipping will be in your order. Calculations are based on the weight and distance or your order. There is no exact time frame we can give for your packages to arrive. Packages are very likely to get delayed by customs and unfortunately we can not take responsibility for these kind of delays. Please be aware that you may be responsible for import taxes or any other custom fee. We will do everything in our power to eliminate this kind of cost but we will always submit accurate information to custom officials. International Refused Shipment: If you refuse a package from messesofdresses.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to messesofdresses.com.
